



Dr. Kelly Killeen is a double board-certified plastic surgeon recognized nationally for her expertise in complex breast surgery. She completed her general surgery training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and her plastic surgery residency at Oregon Health & Science University, where she developed a strong foundation in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
Dr. Killeen specializes in advanced breast procedures, including capsular contracture management, direct-to-implant breast reconstruction, complex breast revision, the use of scaffolds in breast surgery, and breast reduction. She is a frequent speaker at national meetings, sharing her expertise with other surgeons, and serves as a principal investigator on multiple FDA clinical trials. She also contributes to the advancement of the field as a peer reviewer for several leading plastic surgery journals.

With over 8 years of experience in the medical field, Polina brings a caring and detail-oriented approach to her role as a Patient Care Coordinator for Dr. Killeen. She is dedicated to guiding patients through their experience with compassion and professionalism.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis (she was a Division I collegiate athlete), spending time with her dog, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines.
Shireen
Nurse Practitioner
Shireen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University. She began her career at Emory and later at USC, where she gained extensive experience caring for patients in both the preoperative and postoperative settings. Her passion for supporting patients through every step of their surgical journey led her to a career in plastic surgery, where she now provides comprehensive care and guidance throughout the recovery process.
Outside of her professional life, Shireen enjoys playing tennis, practicing piano, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
