The world's most famous zip code is getting a facelift. Beverly Hills' top female surgeons will get you tight, tucked, fit and fabulous.

In the past, it was how can I transform my body into something that men like more. And now its just "What do I think is beautiful, what do I think is functional?

“This is a well-known thing,” Dr. Kelly Killeen, a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, said. “Even here in Southern California, the Orange County surgeons put in implants that are 400 or 500 CCs [cubic centimeters], and the Los Angeles plastic surgeons are putting implants in that are 200 to 300 CCs.”

With a close family member working as an AI developer, Kelly Killeen, MD, has an intimate knowledge of AI and its potential in the plastic surgery practice. She said some emerging AI tools are a "game changer" for the field.

Plastic surgeons, celebrities and influencers say the use of AI to edit photos and videos has blurred the lines between reality and fantasy, with some calling it a “double-edged sword” that could have unintended consequences.

There are even some augmented or virtual reality technologies which can help give you an idea of how your augmentation will look!

“As someone who had implants under the muscle, I can tell you, it feels weird, it’s not natural, and it makes a lot of women uncomfortable,” says Dr. Killeen.

“We’re seeing a significant shift in patient preferences. Other patients are using semaglutide, the active ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy, to slim down ahead of planned tummy tucks and other tightening procedures, said Dr. Kelly Killeen, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon.
