Fenty Plush Puddin' Intensive Recovery Lip Mask

This is a bottom of the jar review — I used every last bit of this product before giving my honest opinion. And let me tell you, I have strong feelings about this one.

The Fenty Plush Puddin' Intensive Recovery Lip Mask is an intensive lip treatment designed to improve hydration and texture of your lips. I got it in Vanilla — clear with a slight vanilla scent. It comes in a few different sheer color options. It retails for $24 for 15 mL.

Here's where it all falls apart. The component is a little cylinder with a twist-up bottom to dispense product. And it is absolute trash:

• You cannot control how much product comes out — completely random
• One click might give you nothing — sometimes I'd click once or twice and nothing happened for five minutes
• The next click might dump everything — sometimes one click was enough, sometimes three clicks
• Zero rhyme or reason — truly absurd dispensing behavior

I love being able to choose how much product I get. With this packaging, there's no choice — it's completely random.

This is the heartbreaking part: the product is GREAT.

• Thick and moisturizing
• Lovely vanilla scent (in the Vanilla shade)
• Beautiful sheer finish
• I would absolutely try all of the colors if it came in different packaging

I give this a negative 500 out of 10 — and yes, I know that's not on the scale. The product itself is fantastic. The packaging makes it impossible to actually use without frustration.

I will never, ever, ever purchase this again because of the component. If Fenty puts this exact formula in a tube or a pot, I would buy it immediately and try every shade.

Fenty, make me this in a tube, please.
