The First Aid Beauty Hydrating Sunscreen Milk with Colloidal Oatmeal, Broad Spectrum SPF 45. That is a mouthful! It retails for $36 for 1.7 ounces and comes in a nice plastic squeeze bottle.

It comes in a squeeze bottle that's wider than similar products from other brands. This means it sits nicely on your counter without falling over, and it's very secure for travel. Smart design.

The product itself is a thin cream that absorbs nicely into the skin. Here's what I found:

• No white cast — this is a chemical blocker, not a physical blocker, so it works beautifully on all skin colors
• Lightly moisturizing — hydrates without feeling heavy
• Not greasy — absorbs cleanly into the skin
• Plays really nicely with other products — layers well in your routine
• Already repurchased — that says it all

This is a chemical sunscreen, not a physical/mineral sunscreen. If you prefer physical blockers (zinc oxide, titanium dioxide), this isn't for you. But if you're open to chemical sunscreens, the no-white-cast benefit is a huge plus, especially for deeper skin tones.
