This is a bottom of the jar review — I used every last bit of this product before giving my honest opinion.
The First Aid Beauty Hydrating Sunscreen Milk with Colloidal Oatmeal, Broad Spectrum SPF 45. That is a mouthful! It retails for $36 for 1.7 ounces and comes in a nice plastic squeeze bottle.
It comes in a squeeze bottle that's wider than similar products from other brands. This means it sits nicely on your counter without falling over, and it's very secure for travel. Smart design.
The product itself is a thin cream that absorbs nicely into the skin. Here's what I found:
This is a chemical sunscreen, not a physical/mineral sunscreen. If you prefer physical blockers (zinc oxide, titanium dioxide), this isn't for you. But if you're open to chemical sunscreens, the no-white-cast benefit is a huge plus, especially for deeper skin tones.
Anyone looking for a daily sunscreen that won't leave a white cast, plays well with other products, and feels light and comfortable on the skin. Great for wearing under makeup.
I give the First Aid Beauty Hydrating Sunscreen Milk SPF 45 a 10 out of 10. It's a fantastic sunscreen. I love that there's no white cast, it's lightly moisturizing, not greasy, and plays nicely with everything. I've already repurchased — that's the highest endorsement I can give.
