This is a bottom of the jar review — meaning I used every last drop of this product before reviewing it. That's the only way to give you an honest opinion.
The Naturium Niacinamide Cleansing Gelée 5% is a cleansing gel designed to clean your skin while helping control oil, thanks to its 5% niacinamide content. It comes in a pump bottle and retails for $18 for 7.1 ounces.
The component is nice — hard plastic with a very long pump, so it's not dripping on the bottle. However, there's one drawback: you can't get all the product out. The gel is so thick that it's hard to shake out those last bits. It's a minor complaint, but it does mean you're leaving some product behind.
This cleanser really delivers. Here's what I found:
The product itself is a runny gel that foams, but not a ton. If you're someone who likes a lot of foam, this may not be the product for you.
This is a great option if you want a gentle but effective cleanser that helps manage oily skin. I don't have particularly oily skin myself, so I'd love to hear from someone with oily skin about whether it truly controlled their oil production. But based on my use, I think it lived up to its claims.
I give the Naturium Niacinamide Cleansing Gelée a 9.5 out of 10. I wish I could get that last little bit of product out of the container, but otherwise it's inexpensive, easy to find at Target, and it does exactly what it says. I will definitely purchase again.
