The Senté Dermal Repair Cream is a light cream for redness and irritation. It retails for $164 for 50 mL (1.7 oz) — yes, expensive. But it's the best over-the-counter product I've found for redness, and it carries the National Rosacea Society Seal of Acceptance.

The wow ingredient is Heparan Sulfate Analog (HSA) — Senté's patented technology. Note: this is not heparin (the blood thinner) for my medical friends, despite the similar name. HSA works by boosting your skin's natural immune response to inflammation.
