ZO Skin Health Soothing Hydro Mist

This is a bottom of the jar review — I used every last bit of this product before giving my honest opinion. I'm a little embarrassed to admit I like this one because of the price, but I do.

The ZO Skin Health Soothing Hydro Mist is a facial mist for irritated skin that helps with both redness and moisture. It retails for $70 for 3.4 ounces (100 mL) — which is, frankly, insane for a face mist. ZO recommends using it twice a day.

It comes in a short, squat spray bottle — not the typical tall mist component. It produces a really nice, fine mist that absorbs very quickly into the skin.

This product is fantastic for what it's designed to do:

• Calms irritated skin beautifully
• Reduces redness along with adding moisture
• Fine, even mist — no big wet droplets
• Absorbs very quickly into the skin
• Can be used over makeup (per ZO — I haven't tried this myself)
• Works alongside other mists like the Tower 28 spray since they do different things

The formula contains three different weights of hyaluronic acid for layered hydration, plus soothing ingredients designed for sensitive and reactive skin.

This is exceptional for:

• Anyone who's just had a procedure with peeling, irritated, red skin
• People with chronically irritated skin (like me — I try a lot of products)
• Sensitive or reactive skin types that flare easily
• Skincare layering enthusiasts who like a mid-routine mist

I'm giving the ZO Skin Health Soothing Hydro Mist a 9 out of 10 — only because the $70 price is insane. The product itself is absolutely fantastic. Like most ZO products, it's thoughtfully formulated and it just works. I've become a real skin mist convert (thanks to Tower 28), and this is one of my absolute favorites in recent years.
